It was a good place to sleep.
The beds were really comfortable. The staff were very nice and doing their best despite being understaffed!! The breakfast was great.
There was a pile of pillows on the bed with no covers when we arrived. It took hours for them to get covered and organized. We had no large towels and despite asking for them, they never arrived with them. The few places to eat never had space and never had enough pp on staff working. So the service was slow and the food arrived cold or not what we ordered. They always did their best to fix things but it just kept happening. You could hear everything if you turned the AC off. The hotel is in disrepair. It needs updating and refurbishing. Looks kind of depressing. The breakfast was the best meal available and the nicest space to enjoy a cool breeze… two of the restaurants were closed entirely. I got the impression that the staff was overworked and underpaid! Which was too bad cause they really were doing their best to make up for the lack of support.

Good
Rooms were really comfy
Breakfast was not good, Poor options to be a buffet and the ones available were not tasty at all. Also too pricy 15 dolars are not worth it. Jacuzzi didn’t heat the water enough one day and it was dirty.
